Seguem duas cartas que foram enviadas por um lojista nos EUA pra falar de compras fraudulentas feitas por pessoas no Brasil. Se alguém conhecer os elementos, tem 250 doletas de "motivação" para entregar os caras...

Carta 1:

Hello,

As you know, we have many Brazillian customers who regularly place orders with us and tell their friends about us. We enjoy working with our Brazillian friends and customers to provide them with the newest paintball supplies at the best prices. Although our shipping policies to Brazil are very strict, our customers realize that once they have shopped with us, they will never have trouble ordering.

Unfortunately, there is always a bad seed that will ruin this for everyone else. We recently had a customer purchase air soft supplies from our shop with a stolen credit card. This customer will make it harder for you to purchase your paintball supplies from us in the future. We are offering a $250 gift certificate to anyone that can provide us with information leading to the prosecution or return of the stolen merchandise.

We have also CC'd this email to the customer. If Victor would like to make payment to us IMMEDIATELY for the items that he stole, then we would be willing to withdraw our offer.

Carta 2:

Thank you very much. We have always been friendly with our Brazilian customers. They are good people. We don’t worry about sending to Brazil other than a few dishonest people. As you know… Not all Americans are good people either; especially our politicians!

Amazingly enough, we have just found out that there is another Brazilian customer that has done the same thing. This customer has provided us with his CFP. This is very brazen for him to do this and provide his photo identification! This person also purchased airsoft equipment and then charged back on the credit card. This is disappointing because we have been mailing this way to Brazil for nearly 3 years with over 700 orders shipped and have never had a chargeback. Now we have 2 inside of 2 months. We will need to review our policies and procedures and perhaps make changes if they are necessary. I am just surprised that these thieves don’t mind telling people exactly what they look like, where they live, and will still steal from you.
