No, John. CR and CII are a kind of documents required by brasilian army to import markers. Without those documents, the markers should be destroyed!

Althought, in some cases, people tell us that they received the markers in severall packages, fully disassembled, just like your suggestion. But, the risk remains....

I bought an HPA tank from paintball delivery with some other stuff (pods, and air remote cable). I received it withouth any problem!:)

Also tried to buy a marker... Received a letter from Brazilian Army, saying my marker was retrieved :p

Eu comprei um cilindro de HPA do paintball delivery com outras coisas como pods e um remote. Recebi tudo sem nenhum problema!
Também tentei comprar um marcador... acabei recebendo uma carta do exercito brasileiro, dizendo que meu marcador foi retido por eles, destinado para destruição.

That is not good to hear. What was the marker? If it was a marker of low value it is a possibility it was shipped not dismantled.

This is the process. We will dismantle the gun, ship in two separate boxes. We send 2 days apart. The shipping will be more for 2 boxes than what was paid through the site. We will contact you in regards to the difference in cost for 2 boxes. If you ok, we send an invoice for shipping. Once paid we will ship.

We have sent several high end markers, axes, DM12's, Luxes, Tippmanns, BT's, all with good results.

PD is a good store. I have shopped online with them for months, and all products have arrived, and nothing never was taxed.
I always had all my requests sent with value under $ 50 and as gift.
All orders that I did ​​so far were not controlled items, I have not bought markers or tanks so far.
